David is dedicated to providing a world-class experience and impact for DISQO’s customers, extending a “customer success” mindset across all parts of the business. He leads the Customer Success team, ensuring the insights we deliver about what consumers feel and what they do are actionable. He works with an unrelenting focus on increasing customer value as we expand the reach and capabilities of our platform.
Previously David led the Global Customer Success team at Numerator, driving customer outcomes across products and customer verticals. Before Numerator, he held leadership positions at Mintel, LRN, and IBM, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and value and contributing to values-based culture and leadership. David is most passionate about his wife and two sons, followed quickly by his love of friends, fitness, history, podcasts, and all things related to NY-based sports teams.
