Our founders, Armen Adjemian (CEO), Armen Petrosian (CMO) and Drew Kutcharian (CTO) saw an opportunity… and shared the belief that the way businesses were gathering information about consumers was broken. They believed we could get richer data about consumers by giving people choice and control over how they share — and rewarding them every step of the way. They understood the power of putting people first to fuel breakthrough ideas.

Keeping projects moving and clients happy are imperatives for Karen, so she’s super-organized and great working across departments. Collaborating with research project manager? Check. Fielding RFPs with Sales? Check. Quality assurance with the Product team? Check! Karen says, “DISQO allows me flexibility to do the things I see fit for each situation. We’re not stuck in a bureaucracy, which allows me to be creative in pursuit of innovation.”

Meet Anna, Director of Product Management
Before joining DISQO, Anna worked for an agency that promoted under-represented countries, organizing humanitarian missions, and providing sustainable relief that empowered citizens to live self-sufficiently. There are parallels with her Agile leadership at DISQO where she’s constantly helping her team to be aligned and successful. Anna says, “My experiences taught me about leadership, partnership, and relentless dedication, all of which are critical to my role at DISQO.”
