Leadership is putting people first
Our founders, Armen Adjemian (CEO), Armen Petrosian (CMO) and Drew Kutcharian (CTO) saw an opportunity… and shared the belief that the way businesses were gathering information about consumers was broken. They believed we could get richer data about consumers by giving people choice and control over how they share — and rewarding them every step of the way. They understood the power of putting people first to fuel breakthrough ideas.
DISQO is a team making this a reality. People and culture are priorities here; so is servant leadership. We apply a bottom-up management structure. Leaders serve by inspiring a shared vision, challenging process, modeling behaviors, encouraging heart, and enabling our people to act.
Many companies have great intentions and expend tremendous energy without making much difference. Not here. We measure our value by the impact we create inside DISQO and in the world.
