DISQO is honored to have been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, released in the May/June 2022 issue. Based on a comprehensive study, Inc. recognizes American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.

DISQO Nation now includes over 500 employees in 32 states and 7 countries. All of us are hyper-focused on doing whatever it takes to nurture our celebrated culture that empowers us to learn continuously, create impact, and grow personally and professionally.  

To best support our people in being their most productive selves, while also giving them the flexibility they need to balance work and life in a post-pandemic world, DISQO has proactively embraced remote-first work. It’s working. When asked, 86% of DISQO’s people agreed that they can work productively in their current environments. 

This is because we are all supported with the tools we need to be successful, including innovations like our weekly “calm” sessions where team members can press pause, carve out some time for self-care, and participate in group mediation.

After they’ve been with us for 90 days, we ask each of our new team members  if they feel they’ve made the right decision to join us — 97% consistently agree with a resounding “yes.”

This year, Inc. has recognized the organizations dedicated to redefining and enriching the workplace in the face of the pandemic.” 

DISQO was one of 475 honorees this year. Each company that was honored took part in an employee survey, and their people were asked about topics like management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. DISQO’s benefits, such as our flexible hours and unlimited vacation policy, company equity for all team members, and wellness programs were also evaluated as part of our overall score and ranking. 

This recognition from Inc. marks the latest in a series of awards for DISQO, including Built In’s Best Places to Work, Los Angeles Business Journal’s 100 Fastest-Growing Private Companies, and Deloitte’s Fast 500 List of Fastest-Growing Companies in North America
