What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to impact multiple teams and contribute to everyone’s learning experience. Nothing is more rewarding for me than helping someone grow in their role by learning something new or seeing something in a way they never considered. Everyone has different levels of knowledge and experience. The fun part for me is finding creative ways to make training engaging, challenging and practical for anyone and every level. The DISQO culture has been so supportive of me applying learning theories and even my out-of-the-box training ideas that I am always learning and growing, too.

What does your ideal Saturday look like?

I typically take Ballet class or a Lyrical dance class. Afterwards, grabbing lunch with friends or family. Then I finish the day by resting my legs and icing whatever hurts.

What’s one of your favorite or proudest DISQO moments?

Supporting our first Sales Kick-off week! Multiple departments leaned in to prep, plan and execute on a successful event. And yes, it is SO much sweeter when we achieve things together! #TEAM

What was the last TV show you binge watched?

“Ted Lasso” (for the 3rd time)

What’s something most people don’t know about your role?

Enablement builds training content for the Sales Team & Customer Success Team around selling strategies, go-to market strategies, processes and skill building. I also manage our Learning Management System (LMS), Workramp.

Tell us one fun fact about yourself!

I love to travel and when I do I try do an adventurous activity like hiking, jet skiing, rock climbing, and even sky diving!
