2020: Looking Forward

With the new year comes a slew of new resolutions, and although a few of them might not stick, the keepers really tend to stand out. They’re the incremental changes that create a meaningful impact in our everyday lives, and nothing beats feeling the results amplified throughout the year. 

So, what are the people at DISQO looking forward to in their 2020 vision?

“Helping grow our DISQO team!” said Marina, Talent Acquisition Coordinator.

The amazing talent in our DISQO community is what makes more than just our data unparalleled — our workplace environment is uniquely amazing, too.

Yet, in the tech world, we sometimes forget that some of our best tools aren’t just software — they’re people. For Jonathan, Email Marketing Analyst, his 2020 goals include to “work more closely with members of the marketing team.”

While we love work goals, sometimes those include re-connecting with the people around us. Even if we talk regularly — frequently in this office, if we’re honest — it’s easy for the people we interact with on a daily basis to become a blur as the year goes on.

To keep being successful in the customer care department and keep the momentum going into 2020, for bigger and better achievements. ” said Johnny, Customer Care Representative.

At DISQO, we pride ourselves on being a close knit community and we’re always trying to strengthen that bond. As the people we likely spend the most time with, it only makes sense that we invest time and attention in our work family.

While we love work goals, sometimes those include re-connecting with the people around us. Even if we talk regularly — nonstop in this office, if we’re honest — it’s easy for the people we interact with on a daily basis to become a blur as the year goes on.

Despite the general ease of connecting with our closest colleagues, every now and then we can take a step back to really check in with those we don’t see as regularly. For Carter, Account Manager, the new year comes with a new opportunity to “get to know my colleagues more.”

Becoming a reliable asset for our teams is incredibly gratifying and having a team to lean on is invaluable. The enthusiasm that our team members display is contagious and we can all benefit from the people that share that perspective with us.
